VYRA Health is a digital health and preventive wellness platform operated by INNOLAB CO., LTD.. By using VYRA you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Closed Beta service
VYRA is currently provided as a Closed Beta service.
Some features may be experimental, limited or invitation-only, and may change during the Beta period.
Access may be suspended for security, misuse or maintenance reasons.
No emergency services
VYRA does not provide emergency medical services. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Educational and supportive only
AI-generated information on VYRA is educational and supportive.
AI insights do not replace licensed medical professionals.
Always seek qualified medical advice before acting on health information.
Payments during Closed Beta
No payment will be charged unless you explicitly enter into a future paid subscription agreement with VYRA.
If and when paid subscriptions become available, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before any paid subscription is activated.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian consent.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
No misuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or use that violates law or another person's rights.
Privacy and data rights
Your privacy and data rights are set out in the Privacy Policy and PDPA Notice.
Liability
VYRA is provided "as is" during the Closed Beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to Bangkok courts.
